I grew up in Chicago with my nose buried in books. Reading was my first escape—my first glimpse at what it meant to live many lives, feel many things, and make sense of the world through words.
I still believe in the magic of a good story. I’ve seen Gossip Girl four times all the way through, and I’ll never pass up a rerun of Reba. I light a candle every time I sit down to write, and I keep a journal that’s messier than I’d like to admit.
Everything I do—writing, podcasting, building—comes from the same place: a deep love of story, and a desire to leave something behind that makes people feel seen.
